How Do I Set Up a Video?

Before you set up a video on your website, you must first upload the video to the appropriate video hosting website. For more information, please see Why Is Video Hosting Important? Once the video is hosted online, you need the embed code to complete the set up.

With the embed code ready to go, follow these steps to set up your video:

On your website page, click the video object.

The settings panel opens on the right side of the Website Builder.
Click the YouTube tab.
Click the icon to open the .
Remove the existing text from the field, then copy your embed code into the field.

The video appears on your website page:

Click the icon to close the settings.

The video is set up and ready for your visitors to view once you publish your website.
